Dear Ed:
Thanks for your help in purchasing my Cessna 421C. Your knowledge and persistence has helped me
to finally find the perfect aircraft at the right price.
Thanks again,

Dear Ed:
I've been meaning to write you this letter for some time, but rest
assured the delay was not because I was unsure about my purchase from
you. Every day that has gone by I have been happier with the 1972 Cherokee
I purchased from you. Consistently, I get compliments on it from people
who see it and people who fly in it who know airplanes very well.
I get compliments on what impeccable condition the entire airplane
is in, both appearance wise and mechanically. During the pre-purchase
inspection, mechanics commented that they had never seen one in this
good of shape for its age. In this airplane's case you did not need
to do refurbishment but it does demonstrate your concern and knowledge
for selling only the highest quality airplanes.
You mentioned that the engine, even though high time with a partial
top end overhaul, was still in good shape and would likely successfully
see another 1000 hours. So far after 70 hours and two oil changes my
mechanic comments that the trend shows this to be true. The engine is
very strong and smooth. We have replaced some accessories like hoses,
ignition leads and vacuum pump, but this was not because of failure.
Thanks for taking care of me as a first time buyer, You can feel free
to use me as a reference whenever you wish. I hope to visit you in the
near future to say Hi!
I got my private ticket last May and I'm working on my instrument and
hope to have it in the next 2 or 3 months.
Sincerely, Mark Keller
Dear Ed,
Thanks for your assistance in finding my Bonanza. It truly is all you
said it would be. My transition checkout is complete, and I'm leaving
for Florida this week.
Thanks for your help in selecting a great airplane!
